The hotel was perfectly located near shopping and food! The room was extremely spacious and clean. Even though seeing the towels in the actual shower on a shelf confused us a little lol.

We travel to Virginia each year and we like this location on the east side of Memphis. There are plenty of restaurants to go to also in the area.

There was a reasonable range for breakfast - they honoured our booking which included it but BEWARE, the policy at the hotel has changed and breakfast is no longer included: I wouldn't have been happy with it for the cost. Nice pool area. Friendly staff (except when challenging people about whether they're entitled to breakfast).

Breakfast was phenomenal! Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. It was very quiet. We didn't hear anyone above us. Felt safe and didn't worry about my car at night.

it was clean and comfortable. The pillows and bed were so comfy. Great water pressure in shower. (Much better than the last Hyatt Place we stayed in at Nashville airport!!! It looked unkept, dusty, torn up rug.Frig not working The parking there in Nashville was ridiculous as well.) Hyatt Place in East Memphis had a great breakfast too.

Great room. It was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The room was also very quiet, which was great the last morning we were there because the hotel was nearly full from a college football game in town.
